Optimal jacquard weaving
After many years of experience in producing harnesses for velvet and carpet weaving machines of Van de Wiele, BONAS now offer harnesses for the jacquard weaving industry. A continuous drive for high quality, durability and extensive testing at heavy load cumulates in a harness customized to weave practically all fabrics from silk to technical textiles.
High quality
In-house manufacture using state-of-the-art equipment and multi-stage quality inspection guarantees a strong and durable harness.
Each harness component is selected to enhance performance for the needs of the article to be woven and the weaving environment.
High speed
A special wax impregnated cumber board and highly developed cord coating combined to reduce friction and wear. Optimization with BONAS jacquards unlocks the highest speeds and productivity
Quick connector
A new ergonomic connector allows easy coupling and uncoupling from the jacquard, saving time and simplifying the operation.
Heddles
Whether for very fine or thick warp yarns, smooth or abrasive, all nickel-plated heddles are selected to the requirements of each warp yarn.
Springs and JES springs
BONAS’ stainless steel springs are developed in-house to reduce dynamic loads for trouble-free operation. Where necessary, high speed performance anti-vibration JES dampers enhance the life of the spring in the highest speed applications.
