Ji
The Ji jacquard is based on the successful micro-selector, supplemented with a revolutionary drive mechanism. The Ji is available from 1920 to 5760 hooks in a single jacquard, ranging from only 10 to 20 knives deep. Ji features fulfilling customer expectations including low power consumption, low maintenance, long lifetime, high performance and high flexibility.
The revolutionary compact drive mechanism, developed specifically for production with high load and maximum flexibility, contains following features:
- Double cam box, fully balanced
- Fewer and lighter parts resulting in low friction and low vibration
- Low centre of gravity, reducing jacquard and gantry vibration
